The tool we wished existed.
Our CEO Caleb ran a 12-person home services business for years before selling it. In all that time, one problem never got solved: technicians in the field consistently undercharged on jobs — not out of laziness, but because they had no support at the moment it mattered.
The scheduling software was good. The dispatch software was good. But the moment a tech sat in the truck after a diagnosis, unsure what to charge, with a homeowner waiting inside — there was nothing. Jotfox is built for that moment.

What they don't solve is the one moment that determines whether a business makes or loses money on every single job: the technician in the truck after a diagnosis, trying to figure out what to charge.
