Common questions
What counts as a "seat"?
Each active technician using Jotfox counts as one seat. The business owner dashboard is included in every plan at no extra charge.
Do you integrate with ServiceTitan or Jobber?
ServiceTitan integration is coming in Q1 2027. Jobber integration is also on the roadmap. Jotfox is designed to work alongside your existing tools, not replace them.
What happens if we go over our job limit?
You won't be cut off. We'll reach out to discuss upgrading your plan or adding a top-up. We don't want job limits to get in the way of you closing business.
How does the free trial work?
Contact us to get started. We onboard a small number of businesses directly before our September 2026 launch and work closely with each team during the trial period.
